Users and access rights

BC Manager supports multiple users which can be set up to have different access rights.

Adding a new user

Click Settings > Access Rights. You will then be presented with the 'User Access Rights' window as shown above. From here you are able to add, edit and delete users.

To add a new user click the 'New', you will then be presented with the 'New user' window below.

Fill in the details as required. You can give users different access rights using the check boxes on the right hand side, in the 'Access Rights' section.

If you are using the BC Manager online website system, you can also add 'Web Users' for the account which will share the same access rights.

Editing and deleting a user

To edit and delete users, simply select the required user and click 'Edit' or 'Delete'.
