This tutorial will take you through the "Enquiry Details" tab quich you will come accross when adding and editing an enquiry.
As default the date will be set to the current date. However to select the date on which the enquiry was made click on the arrow to open the drop down calendar box as shown above.
Keep track of your enquiries by selecting a status of your enquiry using the drop down 'Status' menu as shown above.
You can keep track of the source of your enquiries by selecting a source from the drop down list as shown above. If the client has been refered to you by somebody you can add their name to the field provided.
