Documents

In this tutorial we will learn about the "Documents" tab which you will come accross when adding a new Project or editing an existing Project.

Overview

The documents screen is where any documents associated with the project will be stored. This includes reports generated in BC Manager, as well as any other external files that you may like to associate with it.

Reports

To generate a report and associate it with the project click the reports button. For more information on this please refer to our dedicated "Reports" tutorial.

Opening an existing file

To open an existing file simply double click on the filename.

Upload New File

To upload an external file and associate it with the project follow the following steps...
1. Select 'Upload New File'.
2. Select the file that you would like to upload.
3. Click 'Open' to then give the file a filename and add the file to the project.

Delete File

To delete a file from a project follow the following steps...
1. Select the file that you would like to delete.
2. Click 'Delete File'.
3. When ask if you are sure you would like to delete the file, click 'Yes'.
