Activity

You can keep track of any activity that is related to the enquiry in the 'Activity' tab.

Add Note

Start by click 'Add note' and you will be presented with a screen like the one shown above. You can fill out the activity details using the fields provided. You can select the date that the activity was arranged, and the due date by clicking the arrow to reveal a drop down date selector. Other fields available are...

- Subject: The title of your activity can go here.
- User: You can associate an activity with a particular BC Manager user by selecting thier name from the drop down menu.
- Time Taken: Once the activity has taken place you can make a note of how long it took.
- Description: A full description of the activity.
- Type: Select the type of activity it is, for example a meeting.
- Status: If needed you can give activities a status to keep track of their progress.
- Priority: Use this to prioritise your activities and highlight high prioirty activities.

Once you have added the information you need, click 'OK' to save the activity into the activity log.

Edit Note

To edit an activity, highlight the activity and click 'Edit Note'.
